In the middle of the Kalverstraat, Lego opened a giant Flagstore with a unique facade. No Lego-bricks on the outside, but very special Masterworks panels with a scalepatern.

For the design inrpiration came from a high façade-plinth dating back to 1906, using vertical elements and a pronounced roof edge.

All the new panels were handmade  on 3D-milled moulds. Masterworks, the used material, combines a low weight with a high fire-class and unique look and shape. The internal glass-fibers provide high strength.
