Nehera store is a logical step in a process of the reincarnation of the Czechoslovak fashion brand founded in the 1930s by Ján Neher. Nehera chose the ground floor of a residential building on Bauernmarkt 8 in the center of Vienna as a space for its first retail store. The 3-axial façade is projected into the rear service part of the interior, to minimize the functional background and maximize the retail space of the store. The monochromatic nature of the space makes only the exposed load-bearing concrete structure stand out. The furniture design is limited to the minimum necessary to prevent that nothing competes with the product itself. text: Martin Skoček
