PARK MARIANNE DWELLINGS have a brilliant setting, right in the heart of Montpellier new district, in the south of France, a few miles away from the Mediterranean sea. Located in between the central park of this area and the river, 6 floors accommodate 40 apartments, with private underground parking.

The two blocks are composed of four elements: base, hourglass figure, main body and attic. The apartments benefit from a beautiful panoramic view, optimal luminosity, double orientation and large exterior spaces which extend the living space.

While the inner facade is made of white coloured concrete, the outer facade is clad with wooden larch slats, with changing gaps according to exposure and uses. This wooden skin provides privacy at the same time as sun protection.

The project is designed to be very efficient in environmental terms. The heating system works with the city heat net, solar panels provide hot water. The image of the project, using materials responding to our environmental sensitivity (wood, glass, stone) reflects our commitment to dialogue with the Park and the Lironde.
