"Exploiting the situation of angle onto to the central square of the Urban Development Zone, the project adopts a sculptural approach as much as structural which gives its identity to the site. To achieve this, we imagined the parking lot as a series of terraces: the lower terraces welcome car park whereas on the ground floor are positioned the services for the public (the janitorial services) On the upper floor, are located the panoramic restaurant, exploiting the exceptional view on mountain ranges far off, as well as the market gardening, cleared of the shadow effects of the surrounding buildings. The series of terraces is supported by a visible wooden structure which confers on the interiority of the building a warm atmosphere. To provide a contrasted effect, facades are planned, in concrete with surfaces effects whose relief constitutes an anti-tag key and whose dimension is planned to constitute an anti-dazzle device. The choice of the concrete is also a reference to the universe of the stone, which distant mountains are an echo. Terraces seem as a set of blocks of quarry in suspension, challenging the gravity by their overhangs: between every block of terrace, a space dispenses a generous ventilation and allows the view to the mountains
