When SVB Realty acquired a landmark office space in the buzzing business district of Mumbai, their first call was to ZERO9 their long term design partners over multiple prestigious projects.
The office spanning over 1500 Sq Ft was an amalgamation of two offices creating an impressive Reception area to welcome their visitors. The Marble cladded walls make an impressive statement of elegance and panache complimented with a marble reception desk. The reception is supported with a small meeting room for quick meetings. On the other side the reception hosts a large presentation room for prospective buyers to get an insight into SVB realty’s upcoming projects. The presentation room is cladded in leather panels which also conceals doors of private washroom, server room and a personal access to the Board Room.
The Board Room hosts a large 10 seater desk with marble cladded walls and a custom made board room table with marble top and leather base. With state of the art automation, the board room is well equipped to host Video Conferences and in person meetings.
The workspaces enjoy filtered daylight thru the fluted panels as partitions between the workspace and meeting cabins. The overall colour palette has been deliberately kept light to ensure a more bright and airy environment.
