Built in 1901 as the first in a series of Bank Head Quarters facing kungsträdgården in Stockholm, "The Bank Palace" has managed to maintain its original character. The goal was to keep it that way when more space was needed. The project includes a complete reconstruction of the existing spaces and a three storey addition on the roof along with an advanced reinforcement of the foundation.
