The existing warehouse had two floors and had to be fully rehabilitated. Through pedestrian access from Jaume Brossa street, the upper floor becomes a large work space, without partitions, all open and without hierarchy.

The exterior part becomes an entrance garden where you can socialize and be in contact with nature.

The two floors are connected with the double height, a 6x6 meter hole with a large bamboo plant in the center that makes the two floors have a clear visual and functional communication.

The interior space is illuminated by a large opening to the north and a skylight to the south that incorporates photovoltaic glass. In it, we find all the bamboo and steel furniture that they have built by hand.

With the decision to have all the work space upstairs, the ground floor will be the meeting space. A social space with meeting rooms, a large classroom and the central space where we can meet visitors.

The entire design incorporates sustainable solutions: from the installation of highly efficient air conditioning systems, photovoltaic panels in the skylight and on the roof, insulation to the entire envelope to improve thermal inertia and materials of sustainable or recycled origin.
