Vita Moderna in Mumbai is a luxurious, experiential showroom that seamlessly blends European elegance with Mumbai’s industrial heritage. Situated in the historic Raghuvanshi Mills estate, this 8,000 sq. ft. space draws inspiration from Milan’s Brera District, marrying the timeless beauty of European luxury with the raw character of the industrial structure. The design preserves and enhances the building’s original elements—exposed brick walls, weathered columns, and aged metal windows—transforming imperfections into captivating focal points.

The space features a harmonious mix of modern and industrial aesthetics, highlighted by a bold, faceted black metal box that houses conference rooms and lounge areas. European arches, integrated into the original 11-foot openings, add verticality, further blending contemporary and traditional elements. A bespoke lighting system, designed by Delta Light, adds an innovative touch. The Superloop lighting rings, which can be adjusted to suit the space’s changing needs, offer optimal product visibility while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Vita Moderna also serves as a canvas for the brand stories it hosts, showcasing high-end products from prestigious European brands like Flexform, Elie Saab, and Delta Light. Over 100 European artefacts and lush planters are integrated into the design to create a harmonious environment. The space’s sustainability-focused design incorporates energy-efficient features and eco-friendly materials, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

In just eight months, Vita Moderna was transformed into a dynamic space that not only preserves history but evolves with modern luxury, offering an immersive, refined experience for visitors.
