A new project for a freestanding stainless steel kitchen, that may be configured to fit one’s personal space, personal taste and personal cooking needs. Each element is independent and includes all the vital functions in the kitchen: washing, food preparation, cooking, conservation, storage.

Each element is a self-sufficient piece, ready to be placed and used straight away. Varying in width from 70 to 280 cm, or custom-built, on wheels or on feet, open to view or closed, the pieces may be aligned or positioned side by side to create compositions along the wall, as an island, or freestanding. The aesthetic versatility of steel makes it possible to add countertops, drawers and cabinet doors out of different materials too: Corian®, marble, stone and a variety of wood essences.

The linear design unhindered by the influence of fashion, the technical and aesthetic qualities of Alpes stainless steel and their total independence make these elements easy to fit into any context and lifestyle: minimal, retro, casual or sumptuous… a kitchen to compose following your own inclinations.

Tight or ample spaces, large families or demanding singles, amateurs or experienced chefs. Every function is taken care of by technologically advanced equipment that works in synergy: from food preparation (bowls, sinks, countertops, waste separation and collection) to cooking (six typologies of gas burners calibrated for various types of cooking: electric induction, grills, barbecues, fryers, steam cookers and fry tops; ovens 60 and 90-cm width, with tracks that slide out completely). From exhaust systems (concealed exhaust systems, air-purifying exhaust hoods, with an exhaust capacity of up to 1600 cubic metres per hour) to storage (open sliding shelving, 30-60-90-120 cm accessorized drawers and 30-45-60 cm cabinet doors).
