With views of the hotel’s private garden or the Grand Canal, many of the 24 rooms and signature rooms feature protected frescos and reliefs. In its short operating history the Hotel has already hosted a number of world-wide famous events as the Christie’s 2015 Art Biennale Event and many more.

The renovation of this listed Palazzo was a great architectural challenge, as all main building structures had to remain untouched due to their historical nature.

The interior design clearly presents the contrast between the old and new, with furniture, colors & material that are modest, elegant and simple. The story behind each “camera” is unique.
