ARCHWAY ABODE

We were engaged to design an apartment located in the developing part of vadodara, tucked in a quiet lane.
Apart from the distinctive Italian marble flooring, the area was completely devoid of any additional features.
The challenge was to design something that complements with such a strong base and captured its essence while minimizing structural modification.
This 3000 sq. ft 4BHK apartment was carefully crafted to ensure a timeless aesthetic, while keeping functionality as the core focus.
It was intentionally kept clutter-free and easy to maintain.
This apartment had four bedrooms, a cosy foyer, living area, a dining space and a kitchen. It also has a quite spacious balcony that offers the perfect retreat from the busy city life.
The client's brief was for a house that requires minimal maintenance and exudes a sense of flow, openness and tranquillity.
A bit of mid century + modern design accentuates the clean lines and minimalist aesthetic of this apartment.
"Our focus, more than the design itself, is on the emotional impact of the space and how the design evolves in response."
The house follows neutral tones and organic textures. The less clutter the better.
