Located within a new development, the ‘off the plan’ apartment required a redesign to suit the young family of five.

The reconfigured layout allowed the expansive apartment to have four bedrooms (master with ensuite), main bathroom, powder room, laundry. A study space and open plan living, dining and kitchen area sit adjacent the north facing balcony with views to Port Melbourne beach.

A contemporary art collection required walls with appropriate lighting. A neutral palette was chosen, allowing the art to provide the colour and movement within the space.

The challenges for this project were developing a design that could be incorporated into the development program.
The interior planning, materials, joinery, lighting and finishes were all bespoke and required a design solution that met the client brief whilst saying within the developers cost budget.
