For the expansion and renovation of the relais Borgo Lanciano, luxury hotel, we managed the implementation of both electrical and mechanical technological systems, while Studio Bizzarro took care of the architectural design and interior design.

The expansion involved the construction of new suites on the ground floor for the stay at the Relais, and in the basement, a SPA mainly composed of a wellness center, relaxation area, steam bath, sauna, hay cabin, massage treatment center, and refreshment area. The existing changing room area of the wellness center was renovated with a new layout and a gym. A new pool was also created in the outdoor area.
