The first ever mono-brand store of semi-couture label Erika Cavallini opened in Milan’s fashion Mecca in September 2014.
Architect Fernando Correa Granados in close collaboration with the stilist, brings the brand’s ethos of vintage reinterpreted to life in stone using “Botticino” and “Rosa Perlino” marbles for their warm and neutral tones, with a touch of retro.
The aged plaster effect and the cipria pink glass walls create a space which evokes the gentle pace of time gone by whilst reflecting the contemporary twist of the clothing itself.
Colorfull round tables and sinuous brass hanging system brings the visitor towards the sitting area.
A narrow corridor is expanded and multiplied by an antique engraved mirror wall reflecting the floral decorated background of the seating area. The three-way brass mirror, the separè-doors and the old-fashioned folding seats, give a further romantic touch to the fitting room.
