Individual residential house, "Barvikha" village

The estate is situated in Barvikha, near Moscow. It is placed on a green, а little sloped plot, which area is 0.5 hectares. There are three buildings placed in one line on the site: the black one (garage block, finished with slate), the white one (actually the house, finished with white glass panels) and the wooden one (the bath complex with open pool). The main house is the two-storied building with two basement floors. Total area of the house is 1400m2. Plan is almost symmetrical, with the large living-room in the middle and the bedrooms and kitchen – dining room in the sides. There are the swimming pool with a bath complex, the home cinema and the gym in the first basement floor, and some technical facilities in the second basement floor. The main entrance is on the north façade, it is a massy wooden porch, which turns into a wardrobe inside the house. The additional entrance is provided to the basement floor. The main north façade is almost solid window, covered with white glass lamellae. The back south façade is completely open, with stone-faced fireplace in the middle. Each of the side façades contains the wooden-faced niche with the loggia for each floor.


The building has the monolithic reinforced concrete frame, and the monolithic reinforced concrete slab as a foundation. Exterior walls are made from the hollow brick covered with heat insulation panels. The interior walls are from the red brick. The building has the ventilated façades covered with the white glass panels.


The interior is simple, clear and very light with massy built-in wooden furniture.
