On commission of the Government Building Agency, Van Eijk & Van der Lubbe developed an indoor Garden at the Tax Offices in Utrecht. The garden is located on the 4th floor of the building and consists of several volumes, made of metal “lines”. The volumes form a landscape in which can be sit and worked. The plants are hung in-between the metal lines.
