Once upon a time there was an elegant Palace, built in 1781, where the aristocracy and bons vivants danced, enjoyed lavish banquets and admired new works of art. After a significant renovation Palácio Chiado has opened it's doors to the city and now offers a variety of gastronomic concepts under one roof.
The original Palácio Chiado, which dates back to 18th century, is now a unique place in the heart of Portuguese capital. The palace was completely restored to it’s original grandeur, with carefully preserved paintwork, frescos and fine architectural details. A one of a kind concept in this venue offers a variety of fine-dining experiences and other types of events where visitors will find an “extravagant escape from the banal”.
