Our Paris Architect firm renovated this old 893m2 bookstore dating from the end of the 19th century into a restaurant in Allier in Auvergne.
The renovation was done in accordance with the artistic direction of the franchise so as not to distort the brand image. We find the navy blue color on the walls as well as the decorative steel elements on the bar counter.
Some elements of the old bookstore have been preserved, such as some books placed on the shelves to bring a unique charm to this restaurant.
A lot of work on the roof and tiling was necessary in order to maximize customer comfort.
This restaurant, which is very spacious, allows customers to be far enough apart from each other, to benefit from privacy and to allow the servers to move around easily.
Upstairs, a relaxation area has been set up with a pool table to allow customers to have fun after their meal.
The success of this renovation demonstrates the skills of our Paris Architect firm to ensure large-scale projects while respecting customer expectations.
