São Paulo, 2025 — Strategically located between Shopping Center Norte and Lar Center, Casa Cidade Center Norte (CCN) marks the starting point of the future master-planned neighborhood by the Baumgart Group.
Superlimão designed a space that goes beyond simply presenting the project — it invites the public to experience what it means to live and work in the North Zone, with warmth, identity, and quality of life.

Combining architecture and narrative, the proposal creates an environment where visitors feel part of the transformation that lies ahead — a structure that transcends commercial purpose to become an urban symbol of pride and belonging. A place where the lifestyle of the North Zone is introduced to the rest of the city.
The main façade is another key element, with a volumetry designed to create an immersive experience. Inspired by nature’s irregular forms — like a rock that allows vegetation to grow around it — the CLT brise-soleils form an opening structure, suggesting movement and flow.

A sensorial path: immersion from the entrance
Upon entering, visitors walk through an immersive corridor where sound, light, and scents help disconnect from the parking lot and prepare for the journey. This sensorial prelude amplifies the contrast with the surroundings and enhances the immersion into the Cidade Center Norte universe.
Next, visitors encounter the history of the Baumgart Group and the evolution of the North Zone — a narrative that honors local memory as the foundation for the future. The ground floor functions like a backyard — a place for shade, gathering, and rest — while the upper level plays the role of an urban living room, made for conversation and exchange.

More than a static construction, the stand was designed to evolve over time and adapt to various uses. Furniture is movable, allowing the space to host events, meetings, activations, and gatherings. The surrounding square has already become a place of pause and connection for those moving through the area.
Sustainability — a central theme in the CCN urban plan — is reflected in the material choices: lightweight steel structure, engineered wood brises, and integrated green areas reinforce the intent to create a living space that blends with the landscape and harmonizes with its context.

By telling a story through architecture, Casa CCN shows that innovation and belonging can go hand in hand. And that on this side of the Marginal, there is also life — rich in identity, memory, and opportunity.
