On the island of Crete, in Chania region, the team of Zeropixel Architects designed a three villa complex, on a hill at the seaside area of golden beach. Each villa has it' s own individual swimming pool and gym, three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With the extended use of glass doors, the border between the interior and the exterior is not visible. With a simple design, we have full view to the sea at the north, the sunset at the west and the lighthouse and the city at the east, from each villa. The design of the external part of the villas, with the combination of water, soil and tiles, offers privacy to everyone. the shape and the position of the building offers to the users shadow and sun where they need it.
