The limited site area is used to its full potential by innovating technological and spatial solutions. Functionally hosting new teaching rooms and a focal space for social events, the structure comprises two parts- a hidden area underneath the green landscape and a grand UN- Hall building.

Providing a 360° view of the surrounding park, the hall features openable doors that expand into the surroundings, enabling outdoor sessions. The adaptability of the events hall is further enhanced through portable wooden elements, making space for performances and gatherings.

Addressing sustainability as a core value of the design, the structure utilises wood as the primary material for cladding and construction. The building adapts to the natural terrain by creating horizontal slat alterations in a descending pattern.

In addition to green building materials, the design also incorporates rainwater harvesting and site retention principles. In conclusion, the design showcases a seamless connection with the existing landscape while reflecting the ideologies of transparency, dialogue and global vision.
