The building is situated on the water at the tip of the Steigereiland and is the first building on the right after crossing the Enneüs Heermabrug. It is a multifunctional multi-tenanted business complex consisting of two wings, one with four storeys and the other with five storeys, over a parking garage. Designed between the two wings is an atrium 14 metres in height. Both sections of the building are connected by bridges running through and along the atrium. Located on the ground floor of the atrium is a company restaurant with café and a private terrace on the south. Two lifts and an attractive stairwell provide access between the atrium and the upper storeys. The building façades are clad in storey-high glass panels that provide panoramic views.
