Arrakis is a wall lamp with single or double light emission, designed to enhance architecture through light. At night, it almost seems to dissolve, allowing a soft, diffused glow to emerge; by day, it asserts itself as a decorative element, adorning façades with a discreet, refined presence. This duality guides a design centred on the quality of the light and its relationship with the surrounding space.
A sinuous profile defines the light’s understated, elegant silhouette, while a fine-ribbed texture runs across its surface, with subtle vertical lines that capture and reflect sunlight, emphasising the lamp’s decorative character.
Arrakis is conceived as a modular system capable of maintaining formal consistency even in complex projects. Its die-cast aluminium luminaires can be installed individually or combined in five configurations, reaching approximately 300 mm in the largest composition. Each luminaire can be directed upwards or downwards, allowing the lighting effect to be tailored to the requirements of the project.
Installed slightly proud of the wall, it provides uniform, controlled illumination: this offset prevents the light from accentuating any imperfections in the surface, creating a continuous, harmonious perception of the space. The light source, protected by a transparent glass diffuser, delivers a soft, diffused illumination that fosters welcoming, visually balanced atmospheres in which light becomes an integral part of the outdoor experience.
Arrakis is suited to residential, contract and hospitality settings, where it can be used to define entrances, façades and outdoor pathways. Matt finishes in Anthracite, Natural Brown, White and Champagne can be used to create chromatic continuity or subtle contrasts with architectural surfaces and other products in the outdoor collection.
