Arpa Industriale has officially launched at INTERZUM 2013 the Athlon collection. Athlon is a compact high pressure laminate with strong double-sided decorative surface designed to meet the most demanding specifications for interior applications.
The Athlon collection distinguishes itself for an approach based on a made-in-Italy design. To inspire designers creativity, both classical and trendsetting, it displays a rich range of colour, wood and materic decors, and it is presented in four finishes, four thicknesses and two sizes.
The Athlon collection will be available in the following sizes and thicknesses: 4300 x 1850 mm: 8, 10 and 12.7 mm. 3050 x 1300 mm: 6, 8 and 10 mm.
Athlon is a robust, stable and durable product which does not require extra protection for its surface. Suitable for contact with food, it is very easy to clean thanks to the low porosity of its surface, which avoids dirt accumulation. It has high moisture, scratch and impact resistance.
Concerning fire reaction, the standard grade supplied is Euroclass C, and, on request, it is available with enhanced Fire Retardant (Euroclass B).
Highly versatile, Athlon panels may be combined with other interior elements and materials for oustanding effects. Easily available, thanks to a fast delivery programme, it is suitable for interior applications, such as kitchen, offices, healthcare, transportation, bathrooms, design furniture. Athlon fits also for cubicles and lockers, partitions, wall lining and self-supporting surfaces.
