COSMIC has shaped one of its most emblematic furniture with washbasins bathroom collection, Block, and has updated it with a more functional aesthetic approach. The new design is presented with new materials as the washbasins are made of Cristalplant Biobased, the first eco sustainable solid surface, made in Italy.
BLOCK, is characterized by its versatility and capacity to fulfil different needs, providing the possibility to create infinite size, colour and finish combinations. In addition it has now been enhanced with the choice of a new material. Cristalplant ® Biobased is made up of 50% natural minerals (alumina trihydrate - ATH - derived from bauxite) and 50% polyester bio resins of great purity. Derived from plant resins sourced from certified cultivation, mixed with highly pure natural minerals. It is an inert, hypoallergenic, non-toxic material.
The furniture has new measurements: 120 cm double washbasin, 160 with a left-hand or right-hand single washbasin and 200 cm double washbasin. All modules include 2 drawers, with full pull-out drawer slides: self-close pneumatic springing and soft-close slide. Another novelty is the expansion of the finishing coatings chart, offering a total of up to 15 colours with matte and glossy front finishes.
With BLOCK, COSMIC successfully combines modernity with a very functional design that can adapt to very different environments.
