CEILTEC® by Innogration is a thermally activated building system that integrates hydronic pipe modules directly into reinforced concrete slabs. By using the mass of the concrete as a radiant surface, it provides heating and cooling at near-ambient water temperatures, greatly improving energy efficiency compared to conventional air-based systems.
CEILTEC® slabs require up to 40 percent less concrete, 70 percent less steel, and achieve around 70 percent lower embodied CO2 than traditional reinforced concrete slabs of comparable span.
