Chromatic Petrol belongs to Halcyon Lake’s Chromatic collection and features a deceptively simple design that has taken over a year to develop meticulously. Each step, from concept to initial sampling and color refinement, has been carefully considered, resulting in these finely handcrafted rugs.
The collection is available in a curated palette of rich and earthy tones inspired by nature, providing a lustrous layer of color that enhances any space without overpowering. Each rug is hand-knotted using a traditional technique from Central Anatolia, Turkey, and showcases an intricately detailed monochromatic design with a flat-woven edge. After being woven, every rug is washed seven times to enhance the natural sheen and variegation of the wool.
