A cement-based pool finish with the character of its selected blend of natural aggregate and glass.
Composition: Natural aggregate, glass crystals or a combination of the two, with glass beads as an accent in some colours.
Light: In colours with glass crystals, the flat, angular faces of the crystals return light as sharp glints that change as you move or as the water moves.
PebbleCrete is a cement-based exposed-aggregate pool finish, made by PEBBLE CRETE CO., LTD. at our own factory in Thalang, Phuket, Thailand. It is applied by hand to the pool shell, about 10 mm thick, and washed to expose the aggregate. Besides pool interiors, it is used on steps, in-pool loungers, coping, pool decks, bar floors and walkways.
Binder: White Portland cement, bought locally, mixed with the cement modifier we supply (dry or liquid). Our aggregate bag contains no cement.
Scope: A decorative finish. It is not a structural repair or waterproofing; substrate preparation is specified separately.
