Composition: Glass beads in a cement-based finish.
Light: Each smooth, rounded bead works like a small lens: light passes into it and comes back as a soft, rounded highlight, which gives the finish depth under water.
PebbleCrete is a cement-based exposed-aggregate pool finish, made by PEBBLE CRETE CO., LTD. at our own factory in Thalang, Phuket, Thailand. It is applied by hand to the pool shell, about 10 mm thick, and washed to expose the aggregate. Besides pool interiors, it is used on steps, in-pool loungers, coping, pool decks, bar floors and walkways.
Binder: White Portland cement, bought locally, mixed with the cement modifier we supply (dry or liquid). Our aggregate bag contains no cement.
Scope: A decorative finish. It is not a structural repair or waterproofing; substrate preparation is specified separately.
