Innovative technology meets timeless design in DEAN, a new collection of slingback chairs so sophisticated and refined they could only be the work of Jean-Marie Massaud. To be launched in 2017 after almost two years of product development, DEAN takes inspiration from the streamlined racing yachts of the America’s Cup, its elegant form carefully engineered to hide all screws and connectors.
From the moiré effect of the double-layered sling fabric to the solid teak insets of the armrests, the collection is characterized by a thoughtful attention to detail that’s in keeping with the gracious way of life it represents. From 2017 DEAN will contribute to comfortable outdoor living settings as an armchair or as a compact and sporty lounger, both in cast aluminum.
