The clean lines of the classic, minimalist drum lampshade works well with all mid-century and retro-influenced contemporary styles, and is a great choice for many Danish Modern lamps. Pendant drum shades are at least 10″ tall. A gang of three or five 6″ dia. pendant shades look cool over a bar or a kitchen island. Larger diameters are recommended for general space illumination. The 18″ dia. shade makes a great pendant lamp.
