Efficient cooling The ventilation hatch consists of a single module, but actually contains two essential components. From outside, the DucoGrille NightVent is protected by a window grille with perforated slats that keep out insects. A 2.3 x 2.3 mm stainless steel mesh insect screen can also be provided as an option. The grille has been tested furthermore under the applicable European regulations by means of intensive tests covering wind and water resistance. In addition, the outside grille is also available in an intrusion-resistant version (intrusion resistance class 2). The ventilation hatch can therefore be opened at any time, even if no one is in.
The insulated, completely flat and aesthetically refined inside panel integrates seamlessly with the interior.
Thanks to the high flow rate (up to 369 l/s*m²), this product is eminently suitable for cooling any building efficiently. Moreover, intelligent control based on CO2 and temperature measurements can open/close the ventilation hatch as necessary and can be connected to a building management system (BMS).
