ELEPHANT SOFA

Elephant is a strikingly simple and elegant, versatile upholstery range, designed to function both in private and in public places. Its calm, yet soft forms suggest timeless comfort and an unobtrusive cosiness. The curved armrests invite to relax and allow different sitting postures. Its elaborate details like the feet carved from solid wood, make the sofa a unique piece of furniture. The upholstery is firm but comfortable, containing a durable pocket spring core, cushioned with high quality foams. The supporting frame and feet are made of solid, sustainably grown Japanese oak wood with a transparent lacquer finish. The sofa is covered with a high performance Maharam fabric made from recycled synthetic materials, with an appealing, woolly texture. The different modules, consisting of a 3-seater, 2-seater (planned to be completed with an armless version), Ottoman and Chaiselongue, complement each other and allow various combinations and a wide range of applications from the home to office- and public spaces.
