Fireflex

Fireflex is a voluminous dim-out curtain fabric with a sustainable footprint. Fireflex has a beautiful structure on the front, a black inner layer and a high-gloss back. The high-gloss light reflecting back has a double insulating effect, both against heat and cold. Fireflex keeps the room up to 50% longer cold in the summertime, and up to 30% longer warm in the wintertime, without extra lining. The technical double faced fabric also allows multiple creative possibilities in confection. Fireflex is a flame retardant, dim-out and certified acoustical fabric. To produce Fireflex, used plastic PET bottles are collected and transformed into reusable polyester yarns. This process is significantly more energy-efficient than for virgin polyester and reduces the use of natural resources. This fabric is fully recyclable at the end of its lifespan.
