FlightDeck® Balconies by Brooksby are patented, slide-on, cantilevered balcony systems specifically engineered for high-rise residential developments. Designed to maximize off-site fabrication, these balconies enhance installation efficiency, safety, and design flexibility.

Approximately 95% of the balcony is constructed off-site, reducing on-site labour by up to 75% and minimizing disruption to the construction schedule. Balconies can be installed in any sequence, independent of scaffold removal, facilitating a more streamlined construction process.

The balcony is made using steel with a high recycled content, contributing to sustainable construction practices. The inclusion of structural thermal breaks not only enhances fire safety but also improves thermal performance, reducing the risk of condensation and heat loss.
