Formwork for Stairs

The introduction of three-dimensional design into the production of an expanded polystyrene formwork for in-situ concrete casting on a helical staircase solves two construction aspects linked to traditional carpentry, such as the correspondence to the project and construction precision. The aesthetic result and shape are then checked before production begins and the dimensions are respected, facilitating the laying process and respecting the spaces for the iron reinforcement. The triple coating with new spraying techniques and the removal of joints allow to improve the aesthetics of the concrete.
