Glued laminated timber (GLT) from Rubner is an engineered structural timber product manufactured by bonding layers of graded spruce timber with certified structural adhesives to form beams and columns with consistent strength and dimensional stability. Produced in accordance with relevant European standards, Rubner’s GLT supports long spans and load-bearing applications while enabling a high degree of prefabrication and precision.

The timber is sourced from sustainably managed forests and is supported by third-party environmental documentation, including Environmental Product Declarations, providing transparent life-cycle data. As a renewable, timber-based structural solution, GLT contributes to reduced embodied carbon compared to mineral or metal alternatives, while its durability and adaptability support long service life and future reuse.
