New IGNITE by Thermory for cladding, launched in 2019, is the improved, heat-treated version of the Shou Shugi Ban (Japanese method of preserving wood by burning it). Ignite signature pattern is created by embossing, brushing and coating thermally modified wood. For results that are unequalled in rot resistance to the core and dimensional stability. IGNITE by Thermory cladding has extremely realistic look of charred wood but with a leak-free surface.
