Lampe GRAS

1921, first articulated lamp in the history of lighting: the Lampe GRAS. The Lampe GRAS, as it was subsequently called, was astounding in its simple, robust and yet very ergonomic design. There are neither screws nor welded joints in the basic form. 1928, Le Corbusier was seduced by the modern design and userfriendliness of the lamps: the Lampe Gras entered the legend. The collection LAMPE GRAS XL OUTDOOR is designed for durability and weather-resistance (IP64). They are resistant to rain, snow and saltwater as well as extremes of heat and cold. The Lampe Gras XL in&out are made with highly resistant materials: stainless steel for the body and cast, silicon for the waterproof seals, borosilicate glass for the reflector casing.
