LENO® Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is a solid engineered timber construction product from ZÜBLIN Timber. Manufactured from cross-laminated spruce boards, it is used to form large-scale structural elements for walls, floors, roofs, party walls, and special constructions. The elements are produced individually for each project and cut to millimetre precision using CNC machinery, allowing them to be delivered ready for installation.

As a timber-based structural system, LENO® CLT supports lower-carbon construction by using wood as a renewable material that stores CO2 during its service life. Its prefabricated format can help reduce on-site construction time, material waste, and site disturbance, while the relatively light weight of timber elements can support efficient transport and assembly. ZÜBLIN Timber also highlights the product’s indoor-air-quality performance, including testing for VOC emissions and formaldehyde. Depending on project requirements, LENO® CLT can be supplied with PEFC-certified sourcing and Holz von Hier® certification for regional raw material provenance.
