Lunetta is designed for relaxation, shaping itself to your position and fitting in with your lifestyle. When you sit down, it embraces you like a blanket, with the loose-filled arm cushions adapting instantly to your body. It’s extremely comfortable, in a nonchalant kind of way.
Playing with contrasts
While the arm cushions are loosely filled, the back of the sofa is anything but. You can also choose a different upholstery fabric for the outer frame than for the cushions. This is a great option if you want to use hard-soft contrasts to create an attractive tension in the design.
Horizontal
Lunetta has a strongly horizontal emphasis. The back and arm cushions are all the same height, and are accentuated by the stylish and prominent piping that runs straight across the cushions and provides a geometrical counterpart to the soft, creased look.
Perfectly creased
Lunetta’s rippled, gathered upholstery gives a foretaste of just how exceptionally comfortable this sofa is. But look closely, and you’ll see that the creases have a rhythm of their own. Lunetta also owes its comfort to the pocket springs, which make it easy to stand up despite the sofa’s low height.
Sofa pocket
Lunetta is also available with an elegant pocket that’s handy for storing your remote, phone, or anything else you need close at hand. The weighted band makes it easy to wedge between the frame and the arm cushion, and its durable lining lets you see what’s inside. The pocket comes in leather.
Lumbar cushions
For added comfort, Lunetta is supplied with either two or three beautifully finished lumbar cushions, depending on the width.
Studiopepe
Lunetta is the first collaboration between Leolux and Studiopepe, a highly respected Milan design studio established by Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto, whose clients include some of the world’s leading brands. Their penchant for the unexpected is apparent in all of their products and interiors, and the results are unique.
