Maximum energy efficiency
Mediclinics’ experience in the development and production of public washroom equipment has led to the launch of the Machflow hand dryer on the market. This unit includes all the essential features of a hand dryer but with the maximum energy efficiency.
With its low electrical consumption thanks to an adjustable power output (between 420 and 1,100W, much lower than most other hand dryers), the Machflow hand dryer offers an energy efficiency that consumes an average of 2.59W per drying cycle, which is much lower than that of the competition, resulting in energy savings of almost 90% and therefore an evident reduction in operating costs. The hand dryer is also extremely air quality-friendly, with a reduction of more than 85% in CO2 emissions compared to traditional hand dryers. All of this is accompanied by long-lasting, sustainable service as it is built using recyclable and reusable materials.
Apart from the maximum energy efficiency we have also included an ultra-fast drying speed, drying the hands in a record time of 8-12 seconds. This is up to four times faster than conventional dryers, making it one of the fastest models in the world with a maximum air speed of 325 km/h.
The avant-garde design of the Machflow makes it the ideal model for equipping any public washroom that needs a functional, anti-vandal solution suitable for areas with a high traffic of people. Its internal design is created to facilitate the replacement of components. Particular attention has also been given to the noise factor, with a dB level well below the average in the high-speed drying segment. The hand-detection distance and RPM of the motor are adjustable, which allows the airflow to be adapted for use in areas with heavy traffic or in spaces where the noise level is an important factor, such as inside office buildings.
The Machflow by Mediclinics is available in three different finishes: white epoxy-coated steel or AISI 304 stainless steel in glossy or satin finish, all 1.5 mm thick, making them ideally suited to equipping public washrooms whatever their finish.
Automatic shut-down of the dryer after 60 seconds of continuous use protects the unit from overheating and thus increases its safety; the electronic circuit board includes a protection system to prevent overheating or adverse conditions of the electrical grid, thus also increasing the safety of the machine.
