Through PVD, a process used to finish fine jewelry and watches and also used in the aerospace, military and high tech industries, the color penetrates the metal by molecular bonding, resulting in a smooth, durable matte black finish. MGS’ Black Steel offerings in widespread, single-hole, wall-mount sink fixtures and shower systems debuted in Milan earlier this month and are now finally available in North America.
The innovative design of the MB289 Deck Mounted Single Hole Faucet shows off a pronounced curve that levels into a perfectly horizontal spout with a downward-facing outlet. Running parallel to the aerator is a lever on the head which controls water flow and temperature.
