New heat pump range and partnership programme launched by TermoPlus® at ISH, Frankfurt.
TermoPlus has launched its 2017 range of heat pumps at ISH along with a platform of services for installers and distributors. The new product range includes air-to-water systems, geothermal units (ground and watersource), hybrid units with energy recycling, passive options for small flats or passive homes, industrial solutions and three ranges of domestic hot water heat pumps. All of the heat pumps feature international support for installer customisation to allow for better installation performance.
The heat pumps sport a heaterless design which allows for higher efficiencies without the need for an electric heating element. Optional upgrades have been introduced such as web-control via app, PV input which allows DHW units to automatically store excess solar electric power in the form of hot water and a solar/double heat exchanger option for use with multiple heat sources.
There are also three distinct geothermal ranges: TERRApump - a ground-source range with varying outputs between 7kW-43kW, AQUApump – a water-source range with outputs from 7kW up to 57kW and the Industrial range (ground or water-source) with outputs reaching up to 1000kW. The geothermal heat pumps can also be reversed for active cooling and allow for multi-stage operation through the use of multiple compressors.
As part of TermoPlus’s 25 year anniversary, the manufacturer has also launched a new partnership programme - a free platform for installer and distributor support that includes direct access to design engineer teams and remote video call support. The programme offers certified technical, customer care and sales training as well as tailored marketing support. “Our promise to our clients is higher efficiency through customisation and first-rate support. To deliver on this promise, we need our partner installers, engineers and distributors to have access to new tools for better technical and operational results. Feedback from our partners and customers is what is shaping this new platform” says CEO Jure Šacer.
