Another highlight of the “Keramag Design” range is the new flat “Opale” designer shower tray. Its geometric design is predominantly characterised by its formal understatement. The extremely generous product, which still measures 120 x 80 cm in its smallest version, follows the trend for generous, extremely flat shower trays and has two zones. In the water-bearing zone, you can comfortably shower, while the dry zone, which is about a third of the shower tray and descends in a gentle incline into the wet zone, can be used for getting dry. Another extraordinary feature is the choice of the material “Varicor”. It has a pleasantly warm feeling, and is also anti-slip and antibacterial. In contrast to sanitary acrylic, it also withstands strong cleaning agents without any problems. In addition, it is particularly long-lasting and can even be repaired without any problems.

“Opale” also has a unique siphon, which is integrated into the shower tray, whose drainage speed of 36 litres per minute reliably prevents water retention, even when using massage showers with a hard stream of water. The drainage volume of 24 litres, as specified in the EN 274 standard, is exceeded. Nevertheless, the installation height is just 130 mm. Thanks to the 360 degree rotatable flat pipe connector, installation is quick and easy. Access is gained to the siphon without any tools via the shapely drain cover in its soft geometric design. It is possible to install “Opale” flush to the floor without any tripping hazards as well as on tiles or – thanks to the adjustable tub feet – on a part-tiled area. The product is available in “white” (alpine). It is possible to replace older shower trays without any problems. “Opale” is available in eight variations in dimensions of 120, 140, 160, 170 cm x 80 and 90 cm.
