Deventer - With the Auping Royal, Auping offers the top of the line in personal sleeping comfort, adjustability and convenience. The new bed model is the first of its kind that automatically adjusts to the sleeper’s position using sophisticated technology. The Dutch bed manufacturer puts a new bedroom icon on the map with the Auping Royal.

The stylish design, high-quality materials and a meticulous eye for detail give the Auping Royal a royal allure. All the ingredients for optimal personal sleeping comfort come together in the new Royal. The bed model is equipped with the most modern technologies, making sleeping even more comfortable, and leaves room for a personal touch as well. The Auping Royal can be suited to every taste. It is available in a number of colours and can be combined with high-quality fabrics from, among others, Kvadrat. This makes the Royal an eye-catching centrepiece in the bedroom.

Individual sleeping comfort down to the very last details The new Royal radiates personal sleeping comfort down to the very last details. The automatic comfort zone in the bed’s mesh base, at shoulder height, adjusts to the individual’s sleeping position. The shoulders are better supported, ensuring that the body is correctly positioned and enabling optimal sleeping posture and a relaxing night’s sleep. Because partners often have different heights, the bed can be adjusted to the personal thigh length (Individual Measurement System). Sitting in bed becomes more comfortable as well: the eXtra Back Support (XBS) technology ensures subtle support of the lower back in this position. The Royal makes it possible to enjoy top level relaxation in your own bedroom.

The Royal is available in a flat version, 2-motor version and 5-motor version. The 5 motor version allows the head, back and lower back support, upper leg and foot areas to be adjusted individually. A user-friendly handset enables electric adjustment of the bed. This handset, designed by Auping, incorporates other functions in addition to adjusting the bed. It is equipped with an integrated alarm clock and a memory function, which adjusts the bed to the desired position at the touch of a button. The handset base station is also equipped with a light with a wake-up function, enabling you to wake up naturally.

Stylish colours and accessories The Auping Royal is available in three colours and can be combined with various high quality fabrics and finishes. There is a choice of three frame colours: calming Pure White, stylish Deep Black and luxurious Sparkling Bronze. The frame colours can be combined with a fabric or (imitation) leather headboard in one of three colours or a wooden headboard in a choice of two colours. The appearance of the Auping Royal can be customised to anyone’s wishes. A click system makes it easy to replace the upholstery of the feet with a different fabric colour. The fabrics come from, among others, established fabric brand Kvadrat. The bed can also be complemented with Reading Lights, a headboard and bedside tables. The optional Floor Light provides subtle lighting, at the bottom of the bed, in a dark bedroom. The sensors automatically turn the light on, making it easier to get in and out of bed at night. The Slide Back system also ensures that if the back section is adjusted, the sitting and lying section move back accordingly. The bedside table is therefore always in reach and the Reading Light is always in the right position, which is convenient while reading in bed.

Availability The new Royal is available in a double bed version in the sizes 160/180/200 x 200/210/220 cm. Various accessories can be purchased separately.
