Woven polypropylene tailored in the shape of a chair and a bench are filled with sand and put in the oven under pressure. After some baking the sand is taken out, leaving a hollow, super strong polypropylene structure. Even the seams are polypropylene yarn. This process also allows for high-end recycling.
