SenseSation instead presents itself with a completely transparent front made from real frame-less glass with easy-to-clean Everclean coating. This ensures an unob-structed view all around, while including the entire bathroom in the picture. Steaming and showering are infused with even greater openness and liberty. But the rear panels – one for the engineering, the other with infra-red heat emitter – are just as impressive. They are available in sophisti-cated black or silver, both of which can be combined, allowing for a maxi-mum of bathroom design options. Even the base comes with a range of choices: Hoesch offers a shower basin made from sanitary-grade acrylic, optionally with a teak wood grate, as well as floor-level and hence barrier-free installation.
The full monty: the wellness system Take a seat on the included comfortable stool with its generous seating surface. The cubicle is suffused by soft steam, which relaxes the body and spirit, can be enriched with essential oils, and augmented with soothing infrared heat. Revive and enjoy. The cold shower afterwards can also take many shapes as Hoesch has integrated a healthy selection: rain shower in the cubicle roof, hand shower, eight adjustable side jets for massage, and even a Kneipp water hose is immediately within reach. The aromatherapy mentioned above is not only possible for steam baths, but also via a sepa-rate dispenser when taking a shower, by the way.
Details that make sense(s) Even if the skin is our largest sensory organ, sights and sounds are also important where an optimal wellness experience is concerned. Which is why SenseSation is equipped with an MP3 player and a lighting pack in-cluding a colour changer. Soft music and calm lighting moods turn the steam/shower bath into a highlight for all the senses. Not that any of this were an effort to bring about: the operating panel with sensor buttons flush-mounted in the intelligent multifunction wall offers modern menu navigation and is entirely self-explanatory.
