View Crystal is a minimalist balustrade system comprising a U-shaped extruded-aluminium base profile supporting laminated safety glass. Designed for terraces, balconies, and other elevated areas, the system provides an unobstructed glazed barrier and can be installed on or at the edge of the structural slab. Optional features include integrated drainage, LED lighting, and an aluminium top trim. The system accommodates several laminated-glass compositions and has been tested in accordance with relevant UNE and Eurocode requirements.
Aluminium offers durability, corrosion resistance, and relatively low maintenance requirements, supporting a long service life, while both aluminium and glass can be recovered and recycled where suitable end-of-life collection and separation facilities exist.
