New floor washer ZEDGE PRO from Targetti: evolution in design and performance
After the success of ZEDGE, the step-marker designed in collaboration with GENSLER, one of the most important architectural and design firms in the United States, Targetti now presents ZEDGE PRO. Larger in size - 20 cm x 20 cm - ZEDGE PRO has the same perfect proportions and play of inclined planes as the smaller version with particular attention to every aesthetic and functional detail. A professional tool ideal for lighting pedestrian walkways or large horizontal areas ZEDGE PRO is fitted with an optical system specially designed by Targetti that provides maximum flexibility of use for every specific design requirement from architects, lighting designers and specifiers.
Made to measure beam opening
The innovation of ZEDGE PRO is the optical system: particular attention was paid to performance and quality of light distribution to create shapes that are able to respond to specific project requirements in the best way.
The results are three different versions to provide maximum flexibility of use:
• DEEP BEAM: a solution that provides deep lighting of horizontal surfaces, where the priority is to light large spaces.
• WIDE BEAM: the version that makes it possible to favour illuminance uniformity on the longitudinal plane.
• Adjustable: is the most innovative solution that makes it possible to meet various lighting requirements with just one fixture. It is possible to choose the most suitable light beam distribution starting with a deeper beam from the DEAP BEAM version right up to a wider distribution of the WIDE version. The passage from one beam opening to the other is done in a uniform, fluid way to create a myriad of intermediary solutions and calibrate the beam depending on real project requirements. The beam opening can be regulated even after installation.
ZEDGE PRO is available in three different colour temperatures: 2700K, 3000K and 4000K with Ra84 and in an elegant Ferrite finish. The fixture can be installed on the surface with a frame or flush for maximum formal simplicity.
